Consultations and house calls

There are occasions when clients find it difficult or don’t want to bring their pets down to our surgery for treatment and for this reason, we do offer home visits.

There are times when a house visit is not the best thing for your pet, for example when we need to use equipment based at the surgery. We will advise you if a house visit is not appropriate and we will explain why.

We currently charge £225.00 for a house call during standard daytime hours. Examination fees are additional to this.

Clients are asked to appreciate that commitments in surgery will by and large take precedence over house calls.
